Newsletter Service

InfoDesk provides daily custom briefings and news clipping services to many corporations and government agencies.

Combining InfoDesk's state-of-the-art technology with professional editor's review results in a service that scours thousands of news sources and delivers only the most relevant clips without redundancy.

InfoDesk's professional editors will analyze articles every night from the major wire services, national and local newspapers, magazines, professional journals, trade press, government and association sites, health blogs, reputable intranet sites and pharmaceutical and drug newsletters.

The information that is important to the customer will be selected using topics that are unique, valuable and relevant. Irrelevant and redundant articles will be eliminated. A single, concise "Morning Edition" briefing containing the selected articles will be delivered by 8AM Monday through Friday, except national holidays. Monday's briefing will contain articles from Saturday and Sunday.

InfoDesk Editors will work with the customer's information management team to gain an understanding of the customer's business to ensure that the articles delivered are relevant. After initial setup, topics and profiles can be changed or modified as desired.

Delivery Options

The daily news clipping service will be delivered every morning in a highly organized and easy-to-read format. InfoDesk can deliver the daily custom briefing in the following manner:
  • Newsletter in a MS-Word document with table of contents
  • Custom HTML e-mail templates with anchors or text-based e-mail for PDA's and BlackBerry's
  • Delivered directly to a SharePoint portal
  • RSS feed that can easily be read by any available RSS reader

Customers can choose one, combination, or all of the above delivery methods.
