InfoDesk - Platform as a Service (PaaS)
InfoDesk has developed a powerful and flexible content
on demand distribution service that allows for the easy
acquisition, normalization and processing of information in
any format to a wide array of end-user applications or enterprise
services. Our services require no software download and can be
run in our network of redundant data centers or yours.
The heart of the InfoDesk system is the IDSK protocol; a secure,
resilient, on-demand content transmission protocol that transforms
and broadcasts real-time data in any XML format over the public Internet.
The service allows real-time filtering, profiling, broadcasting, routing
and caching of information and multimedia. Using our proprietary entitlement
and user management services, we can deliver the right story to one power
user or to an enterprise of end-users.

InfoViewer is an easy-to-use, easy-to-setup desktop tool that
enables power users to personalize, view and search for real-time news, information
and multimedia federated together.
NewsWatch "Enterprise Intranet"
NewsWatch is a convenient way to publish real-time news and information
automatically from multiple news and multimedia sources, along with internally
authored information to an internal or external web site.
iPublish "Collaboration and Content Management"
iPublish, an optional feature within InfoViewer, enables power users to
automatically create custom newsletters or e-mails consisting of news
articles, photographs, graphics and other media assets. iPublish additionally
allows power users to manage, select, edit, tag, categorize, share and publish content.
TopicAlert "Enterprise E-mail Alerts"
TopicAlert is a self-subscription based e-mail service allowing individual user selection of pre-defined topics for automatic delivery to desktop computers and mobile devices.
InfoAlert "Personalized E-mail Alerts"
InfoAlert enables users to receive profiled information by e-mail. Users with
personalized access can configure alerts for full sources or information containing
specified words or phrases and have them delivered to desktop computers and mobile
devices.

InfoPortal offers customers a convenient, turnkey, hosted or non-hosted solution for
providing end-users with highly relevant, up-to-the-minute news and information
delivered to a wide array of JSR168 portlets or SharePoint webparts.
